Overview of WQ Sewage Pump WQD Sewage Submersible Pump is an electric drainage and irrigation equipment composed of a 

pump structure below the motor and water pump. Some specifications use channel type impellers, greatly improving the anti clogging 

ability of the water pump; Some specifications adopt the full head theory design to enable the electric pump to maintain overload free 

operation under normal conditions, effectively extending the service life of the motor.

The WQ sewage pump is suitable for drainage and irrigation of sewage in engineering construction, construction sites, coal mines, 

metallurgy, printing and dyeing, textile and other occasions, and can also be used for water drainage and irrigation.

Precautions for using WQ sewage pump:

1. The liquid temperature transported by the sewage pump to the water source is less than 40 ℃;

2. The pH value is between 4-10, and the volume of solid matter in the conveying medium is below 2%;

3. The head of the WQ sewage pump should not be too low. A head lower than 80% of the specified head can easily cause the thermal

 protector to work, causing the electric pump to stop running and even causing motor damage;

4. The WQ sewage pump is used to discharge and inject viscous slurry. It must be operated on its own in clean water for a few minutes, 

cleaned thoroughly, and then stored;

5. If the sewage pump exceeds the 4KW specification, overcurrent and leakage protectors should be installed.
